Obowiązki:
Focus of the role is efficient handling or coordination of all Corporate LAN/WAN (IMS) issues:
• Provide administration support of MS-Office and MS-Exchange running under Windows 2000.
• Create and administer user accounts.
• Administer and control account access rights and permissions.
• Backup and restoration of servers.
• Troubleshooting application problems for users of the Office Automation Suite.
• Network configuration of workstations, Cisco routers, switches and hubs.
• Maintenance of all LAN associated computer equipment and accessories.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Conform to all configuration standards.
• Maintenance of inventory control for all Corporate LAN assets.
• Information Systems (IS) Security, report all violations to the Systems Administrator Classified.
• Ensure users abide by the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
• Respond to all Remedy trouble tickets.
• Assist in the development of appropriate LAN/WAN (IMS) Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensures the availability of reliable hardware and software for Corporate LAN/WAN (IMS) and standalone workstations.
• Assists in the planning and completion of Life Cycle Management activities for all Corporate LAN/WAN (IMS).

Kwalifikacje:
EDUCATION
• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science preferred, appropriate demonstration of experience and technical courses may meet the requirements
• Certification as a Cisco Network Associate or equivalent experience required
• Windows NT 4.0 System Administrator Course required
• Windows 2000 Administrator certification highly desirable

• Minimum two years experience as a Windows NT administrator and a one-week commercial MS Exchange course or equivalent
• Training or experience equivalent to the level of Cisco Certified Network Associate is required
• Working with a multi-disciplined team of Communication, Information Systems specialists for the completion of multi-disciplined projects.

Wymagany język:
znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej komunikatywnym
